Shipping times

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from payment.

Finland
It usually takes 2 to 3 business days for your package to arrive, but can sometimes take more.

Europe
It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the package to reach a destination in Europe, but can sometimes take even 2 weeks or more.

Everywhere else
It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to reach a destination outside of Europe, but it can sometimes take even 5 weeks or more. 

Please note that international shipping may take time, so allow at least a few weeks for the parcel to arrive (not including possible delays at customs). Nikkotakko Jewelry does not ship on a Saturday, so items bought on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

Nikkotakko items are sent using Priority Mail. Shipping times and delivery dates given for Priority Mail are only an estimate, not a guarantee. Tracking is not provided for standard mail in Finland, just a receipt from the post office with a time stamp of when the items were sent.

Nikkotakko will not guarantee any delivery time. After an item is shipped, we have no control over how long it takes - all we can do is post the item as quickly as possible. While shipping upgrades can help things get there faster, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. We do find most items get to most countries very quickly and buyers often get things much faster than they expected, but some just take longer.

Customs

Items that you purchase may be subject to custom fees. The buyer pays custom duties upon arrival of the item. Nikkotakko have no control over custom fees, so please consult your local custom office to find out if your purchase is a subject to custom fees in your country.

Customers located in the European Union won't have to pay any custom duties, as there are no custom tariffs inside the EU. Your items are shipped from Finland, which is an EU country.

Returns

Nikkotakko will pack all items with care and love. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package and we will do everything we can to make you satisfied with your Nikkotakko Jewelry.
